Since beginning my inner journey in 2022, I’ve become deeply fascinated with how the mind works, how we interpret our experiences, and how much power we have to shape our lives when we understand ourselves at a deeper level.
My path led me to the work of Dolores Cannon and the practice of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, where I discovered how the unconscious mind communicates through thoughts, sensations, emotions, images, and the patterns we repeat without realizing. What I learned is simple:

🟣 And when you learn to listen, everything in your life begins to shift.
